The most concrete marine number today is South African. Seas of 4.0–4.5 m south of Table Bay sit under a Level-2 winds-and-waves warning that runs up the KwaZulu-Natal coast from Port Edward to Richards Bay — a warning that was supposed to have been stood down yesterday. Off Gujarat, fishermen are advised off the coast through Sep 16 as the inland low's tail runs out. On the Adriatic, today's bora is moderate and the window's strongest wind is Sep 17. And in the tropics the marine picture is entirely open water: TD Fifteen-E and Norbert are offshore with land hazards listed as None, and INVEST 90W recurves north of the Marianas. On the American board the alert total rose 245 to 334 almost entirely on marine products — land held flat at 87.
