Two harvest decisions, opposite hemispheres, same afternoon. Across Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina and Parana, a red alert carrying hail and gusts above 100 km/h over about 699 municipalities is a cover-it-or-lose-it call on standing crops and livestock, and it has to be made before the peak rather than during it.
