Withdrawal is confirmed from parts of West Rajasthan, with conditions favourable for further withdrawal over Rajasthan, Punjab and Saurashtra-Kutch; Delhi and the north-west are largely dry on a seasonal deficit of about 15 percent. The heavy-rain focus has moved to Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and to central, eastern and southern India. Retreat in one half, activity in the other.
