The same question everywhere — move now or wait — and today one grower somewhere can answer it from a schedule. In Nigeria's Benue states, farmland and livestock relocation ahead of a release dated tomorrow is a planning problem rather than a reaction, which is the rarest thing on this board. In Vietnam the answer has already been made for people: rice and aquaculture on low ground under 200–400 mm. India's eastern run eases after today, opening a working window before the Sep 19–21 southern one; Pakistan's spell has one day left on already-loaded rivers. In the American Upper Midwest the harvest window is the decision — a Slight, 15 percent excessive-rain risk Friday and rain expanding east over the weekend means equipment comes out of wet fields on Thursday or not at all. And in Argentina and Brazil the cold and the frost are on livestock and standing crops rather than on a harvest.
