THE STORM

The week-long cold cleared completely under a warm northerly flow — no province at or below 0 °C, the Buenos Aires metropolitan area at a 10 to 18 °C spread, and the only active yellow a strong-wind alert over extreme-southern La Pampa (south 30–45, gusts to 70 km/h). Santa Cruz snow continues.
